SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy) is a therapeutic approach that focuses on the future and your resources, rather than on the past and problems.
In this method, I believe that you already have everything you need for change within you—my role is to help you discover and utilize it. Instead of spending a long time analyzing what went wrong, together we look for what is already working and how you can do more of it.
If it works, do more of it. If it’s not working, do something different. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it.
Instead of searching for problems, we look for your successes – even the small ones. Then, we build further changes upon them.
If something isn’t bringing results, there’s no sense in repeating it. Together, we will find new strategies and approaches.
